Lis Wiehl works as an American lawyer and writer who used to be the Fox News analyst.
She is an adjunct professor of law at New York Law School, previously an associate professor at University of Washington Law School. She has also provided legal analysis for National Public Radio program and on Bill O'Reilly's radio program, The Radio Factor. She is a regular guest in The O'Reilly Factor. Wiehl is a native of Yakima, Washington, and was a graduate of West Valley High School in Yakima. She received her degree from Barnard College with a Bachelor's Degree in 1983. In 1985, she was awarded the Master of Arts degree in Literature at the University of Queensland. And in 1987 she was awarded an Juris Doctorate degree from Harvard Law School.
Wiehl was a prosecutor in the US Attorney's Office. She was a legal reporter for NPR's All Things Considered. She served as deputy chief investigation counsel for Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee in Clinton's impeachment. She was a tenured professor in law in the University of Washington School of Law, Seattle from 1995-2001 She also directed in charge of the Trial Advocacy Program. The analyst was with Fox News from 2001 until 2017.
