Katherine Jean Bolduan known by the name Kate Bolduan in her profession is a journalist of American origin. Her most famous role is anchorperson on the CNN's At This Hour morning show. Earlier she co-anchored the CNN weekday morning program New Day and The Situation Room. Bolduan is a member of CNN's winning presidential election coverage from 2012. She has also served as a congressional correspondent based in Washington DC covering the activities of the US House and the senate. Bolduan is part of the Capitol Hill Unit, reported on congress and legislative activities, including talks to increase the federal loan limit and the Super Committee deliberations. She also worked as a general-assignment correspondent and reported on topics such as that of the Christmas Day terrorist attack of 2009, the Supreme Court's decision regarding Obamacare in addition to the 2009 implementation of the stimulus program. She became a CNN Newsource national reporter in 2007. She wrote feature stories as well as breaking news to more than 800 CNN Newsource Affiliates as a national reporter.
